Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups boiled rajma


  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 nos onion laccha


  • 6 tsp tamarind sauce,tomato sauce ans sweet chilli sauce

Directions

  • Take a bowl add rajma,potatoes mashed and mix all ingredients combine well.
  • Take a galouti dough make a balls and flat in your hands .
  • Then cut in any shape for cookie cutter and keep in freeze for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes take a nonstick pan add oil
  • Then oil heat fry galouti for both sides.
  • Serve crispy and tasty rajma galouti in tomato ketchup,tamarind ketchup and sweet chilli sauce.
